Live Monthly Hypnosis From The Comfort Of Your Home

Join me every month for a live hypnosis to enhance your wellbeing and tackle the stresses that may be affecting your daily life. Taking place at 9 pm, this will be a live hour of hypnosis, giving you a real chance to relax, unwind and get ready for sleep.

Throughout this hour, I will deliver a powerful hypnosis. The hypnosis will be carefully crafted to work subconsciously to restore your wellbeing, so you feel deeply rested, rejuvenated and in control.

After the live hypnosis, you will also receive access to an online portal where you can listen back to the hypnosis session at your leisure. I recommend listening to the hypnosis at least once a week, before bed, until the next live session.

Tune In, Zone Out

These bespoke sessions will be a group hypnosis. However, there is no need for interaction. Instead, tune in, listen to my voice and let yourself unwind. By the end of each hour, you may find that you’re already asleep or ready to switch off. But don’t worry, the hypnosis is still working to provide coping strategies and stress-relief on a subconscious level.

More Than Meditation

These live sessions are more than a simple meditation recording. Each hypnosis will focus deeply into the issue, giving you subtle verbal cues to help you absorb these positive reprogramming thoughts. What’s more, the live element makes the hypnosis much more intimate, so you feel like this is a personalised session.

How It Works

Each month, there will be one live hypnosis taking place. Each hypnosis will focus on a different topic, based on the group’s suggestions. The topics will cover all of the main stressors of daily life from managing stress to increasing self-worth.

After the live event, you’ll receive exclusive access to an online portal where you can listen back to the hypnosis throughout the month. I recommend listening to the hypnosis at least once a week to experience its full effects.

As this hypnosis will take place at 9 pm, I strongly recommend that you listen to the session in bed, where you’re able to fall asleep afterwards without disruption.
