All interactions between people can be broken down into three distinctions.

Eric Berne was a pioneering figure in the field of social psychology. He is best known for his work on transactional analysis, which is a theory of communication and interpersonal relationships. Berne’s work focused on understanding how people interact with each other and how these interactions shape our behavior. He believed that our behavior is determined by the way we interact with others, and that understanding these interactions can help us to better understand ourselves and our relationships.

Berne’s transactional analysis theory is based on the idea that all interactions between people can be broken down into three distinct the Parent, the Adult, and the Child. The Parent role is based on the way we were parented as children, and it is the role we take on when we are trying to control or influence someone else. The Adult role is based on our rational and logical thinking, and it is the role we take on when we are trying to make decisions or solve problems. The Child role is based on our emotional reactions, and it is the role we take on when we are feeling vulnerable or overwhelmed.

Berne’s work has had a major influence on the field of psychology, and it has been used to help people better understand their relationships and how to improve them. His theories have been used to help people better understand their own behavior and how to better interact with others. His work has also been used to help people better understand the dynamics of group interactions and how to create healthier relationships.
