This mini-book is a succinct and helpful six-step guide (aimed at women but useful for everyone) to breaking the habit of overly worrying. It is one in a series of guides written by Malminder Gill, Certified Master NLP Coach and Hypnotherapist. Her main point is that most people spend a disproportionate time worrying about things, and the steps help readers to recognise their worries, and then to gradually rewire our thought patterns to re-focus on positive thoughts and aims.
