If you truly want to master your own state of mind, then a regular meditation or free hypnosis download will certainly help you. In this week’s post, I share some simple yet powerful ways to introduce the practice of self-hypnosis or meditation into your life. The key here is repetition, the more you do it the easier it will become.  Remember, Michelangelo didn’t paint ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in just one day and learning to adopt patience and acceptance will serve us all very well. Free Hypnosis Download

1. Find a quiet place to sit cross legged on the floor or on a chair if that is more comfortable.

2. Make sure you will remain undisturbed for at least 15 minutes

3. Go to Hypnotherpay London YouTube site to get the Free Hypnosis for Relaxation & Stress Reduction

4. Close your eyes

5. Breath in slowly to the count of 8, breath out slowly to the count of 8 and repeat this cycle a few times

6. Continue listening to the self-hypnosis with regular breathing

Meditation Relaxation

1. Find a quiet place to sit cross legged on the floor or on a chair if that is more comfortable.

2. Make sure you will remain undisturbed for at least 15 minutes

3. Think of a word that you wish to repeat, for instance: peace, strong, confident, sleep etc

3. Listen to relaxing music

4. Close your eyes

5. Breath in slowly to the count of 8, breath out slowly to the count of 8 and repeat this cycle a few times

6. Continue listening with regular breathing whilst repeating your word

The important thing with both approaches above is to drop your expectations and have a gentle intention of well-being.  There is no right or wrong way, and if you mind wanders, so be it.  We are logical, problem solving, analytical humans and the mind will wander a lot, just focus on the various nuances of the music, the sounds of my voice and breath gently!

I personally challenge those who are reading this to do a self-hypnosis or meditation twice a day for the next 30 days – you may surprise yourself as anxiety, stress, panic and depression begin to decrease.  Let me know how you get along – I’m always just a call and email away!
