1) Will the Group Calls be recorded?

All group calls are recorded and uploaded to the Facebook group. You can listen to these anytime you like.

2) When will they happen?

Group calls will happen every Sunday 7pmUK/2pm ET time and will last approximately one hour.

3) Does hypnosis work?

There have been a number of studies (too many to list!) showing the efficacy of Hypnosis with habit control, smoking cessation, weight loss, reduction of distressing symptoms including IBS and hot flashes amongst others.

4) What results shall I expect?

You should expect a change in your mindset with regard to your relationship with food and exercise.

5) How much time do I need to invest in this to make it work?

You need to assign approx 45 mins per week to listen to the Hypnosis audio’s and approximately 1 hour for the weekly group call.
