I’m a believer of the power of the mind. I do not use alarm clocks, as I find them intrusive to the body’s natural sleeping pattern. I talk myself into waking up on time, naturally. Each night as I drift off to sleep, I repeat to myself, `sleep peacefully, wake up feeling good, refreshed and energised’. This helps me fall asleep quicker, focusses my mind and encourages a self-hypnotic state of relaxation – easing away the stress accumulated through the day…
